A 100% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to confirm a reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Open bowling reservations can be changed up to an hour before your event.  Please contact the center.  Refunds for late arrivals or missed reservations will not be made.  

i. More than 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled function date: If you re-book for a different date, you may re-use your non-refundable deposit towards the rescheduled event.

ii. Within 7 calendar days of the scheduled function date: If you re-book for a different date, you may re-use 50% of your non-refundable deposit. The other 50% will be charged as a rescheduling fee. If you cannot provide an alternate date, your deposit is non-refundable.

iii. All alternate dates must be scheduled within one year of the original contracted event on a mutually agreed-upon date.

iv. The rescheduled event must be of equal or greater value.

Guest count changes must be made at least 3 business days in advance of the scheduled function date. Guaranteed guest count may increase but not decrease more than 15% from the original contracted amount. Client will be billed for the guaranteed guest count or the amount in attendance, whichever is higher.

In accordance with the new Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards, HeadPinz is not permitted to retain credit card information on file. Therefore, all payments subsequent to the original deposit must be remitted by either presenting a card onsite or submitting a signed credit card authorization form for the balance due.

No Party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity.

Any Party asserting Force Majeure shall have the burden of proving that reasonable steps were taken (under the circumstances) to minimize delay or damages caused by foreseeable events, that all non-excused obligations were substantially fulfilled, and that the other Party was timely notified of the likelihood or actual occurrence which would justify such an assertion, so that other prudent precautions could be contemplated.

Any parties that include laser tag may have to share the arena with other guests. Wait times may occur. We reserve the right to merge walk-ins, birthday parties and group functions at any time, unless special circumstances with documentation occur
